FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Do you accept walk-in clients?

We are an appointment only studio. But check our website for availability and possible same day appointments.

2. How long will it take to heal my piercing?

Depending on what is pierced. Healing time can be anywhere from 4-8 months, but your piercing professional will let you know during your appointment.

3. Do you pierce minors (people below 16 years old)?

Must be 10 or older. If 10 to 17, you will need a parent with you and both parent and child will need their State-Issued Identification. Parent will need State-Issued I.D., either a driver's license or passport. ALL children will need their birth certificate AND either a school I.D. or have access to the child's school portal. If parent's name is different on their I.D. and birth certificate, we will need legal proof of name change as well. We can also accept State-Issued I.D. cards, passports, driver's licenses and permits for children as well. If you need more info, please give us a call to confirm the paperwork you would need.

4. How do I take care of my piercing after the service?

Biggest thing is don't touch, twist, turn, or rotate your piercing, please leave it the f*ck alone! Worst habit people have is when they talk about their piercing, they instinctually feel the need to touch it while they talk about, PLEASE DON'T DO THIS!! As far as cleaning goes, please use sterile saline spray only! twice a day, morning and night, lightly spray the piercing with a quick half second spray and either let it air dry or lightly pat dry with a paper towel, NO Q-TIPS PLS!! Don't use any other product on it, I don't give a damn with google says. Healing time can be anywhere from 4-8 months depending on the specific piercing, all we ask is you don't swap it or take it out for any reason until then, except you will be pierced with longer jewelry initially to compensate for swelling, please make a downsize appointment anywhere from 3-8 weeks, depending on which specific piercing,  from original piercing date to swap the bar/labret for a shorter one. Backing costs range from $15-$30 depending on what jewelry was used. Please keep any makeup, face creams, or face washes at least a dime size away for the first two months after getting pierced, if it applies. Do not submerge in hot tubs, pools, lakes or oceans for the next 2 months. And lastly, do not go to bed with wet hair for the next month with any fresh ear piercing, excessive moisture sitting on a fresh piercing for hours at a time can cause issues.

5. What mode of payment do you accept?

We take Cash, all forms of credit cards, Apple Pay and Tap-to-pay.

6. Is your jewelry safe for sensitive skin?

Yes, they are! Most jewelry sensitivity these days comes from jewelry with nickel, specifically. All jewelry contains nickel, except for implant grade titanium and solid 14k and 18k yellow and rose gold, which is all we carry! For your knowledge, nickel is in surgical steel, gold plated, and that little sticker that says "hypoallergenic" doesn't mean squat! ;)
